PHOENIX (FOX 10) - In a letter sent to Hacienda Healthcare, two Arizona agencies oppose the closure of the facility where an incapacitated woman was raped and later gave birth to a baby boy.

A nurse charged with sexually assaulting an incapacitated woman who later gave birth at a long-term care facility in Phoenix  pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday at an arraignment hearing. Authorities say Nathan Sutherland raped the 29-year-old victim at Hacienda HealthCare. Hacienda workers said they didn't know the woman was pregnant.

PHOENIX (AP/FOX 10) -- A state panel is calling on Arizona lawmakers and agencies to implement policy changes to better prevent and report sexual abuse of people with developmental disabilities. The Arizona Developmental Disabilities Planning Council's release on Tuesday of recommendations comes a month after an incapacitated woman gave birth at a Phoenix long-term care facility.
