Gilbert passes brass knuckles, party ordinances

The Gilbert Town Council approved two ordinances on Tuesday night -- one that bans the sale or possession of brass knuckles to minors, and another that make homeowners responsible for any party that gets out of hand on their property. Both measures passes unanimously. Chandler is expected to pass the same ordinances at their next meeting.
