Insurance provider backtracks on anesthesia policy

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield is turning back on a proposed update to its anesthesia policy, after receiving backlash. The now-rescinded update would have only paid for anesthesia services up to a certain time limit, as set by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
