Rail company CEO apologizes for Ohio toxic spill

The CEO of Norfolk Southern apologized on Capitol Hill on Mar. 9 for the toxic spill in Ohio in February. This comes as another one of the company's train derailed in Alabama. Reporter Mark Meredith has more.

General Motors is offering salaried employees a voluntary buyout as it seeks to reduce costs by $2 billion over the next two years. "Taking this step now will help avoid the potential for involuntary actions," a company letter said.
