Railroad company announces new safety initiative following Ohio train derailments

Officials with Norfolk Southern have announced several new initiatives to improve safety in the aftermath of two recent train derailments in Ohio. While the first incident involved hazardous materials, the second incident did not include any hazardous materials. Reporter Garrett Tenney has more.
