Man shot at Phoenix apt complex

PHOENIX - A man was shot at an apartment complex near Hatcher and 17th Avenue on Sunday morning.

Phoenix Police say the man was shot by unknown suspects on Sunday morning. The victim was rushed to the hospital, but the victim is expected to survive.

Witnesses tell Fox 10 News the man was shot twice in the shoulder. The suspects are described as two Hispanic men who were driving away from the scene in a red Volkswagen beetle.
