1 dead in west Phoenix shooting
A shooting on Oct. 8 near 71st Avenue and Osborn Road left a man dead. No suspect information was released.
PHOENIX - A man is dead following a shooting early Tuesday morning in west Phoenix.
The shooting happened just after 2 a.m. on Oct. 8 near 71st Avenue and Osborn Road.
Phoenix Police say officers responded to the scene inside a home and found a man who had been shot. Jesus Salazar Reyes, 34, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
It's unclear what led up to the shooting. Investigators have not released any suspect information.
"Investigators are asking the community for support in identifying or providing any information about this violent incident. Community members are encouraged to call into Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO with any tips," Phoenix Police said.
