Surprise Police say a worker at a privately-run landfill discovered what appeared to be a body just before 7 a.m. on April 17.

Alex Bangash allegedly sexually assaulted multiple women in Tempe. Police say he cut off his ankle monitor following his arrest and fled to Texas, where he was found working as a rancher. Bangash has since been extradited back to Arizona.
