PHOENIX - A deadly accident has closed 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road early Wednesday morning in Phoenix.

Video from the scene of the accident suggests that the accident may have involved a bicyclist.

Bethany Home Road is closed in both directions between 19th Avenue and 21st Avenue.
