Man accused of killing brother appears in court

On March 21, Phoenix lawyer James Eaves was shot and killed outside his Arcadia home. Police have identified his younger brother, 49-year-old Christopher Eaves, as the suspect. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has more on his March 22 court appearance.
