Here's a look at the latest police investigations, fires, crashes and other incidents that are happening around the Valley for June 12-18.
This will be updated as police and fire departments release information about their investigations throughout the week.

June 18
- Cave Creek and Bell roads, Phoenix - "Firefighters were dispatched to the area of Cave Creek Rd and Bell Rd for the reports of a 20 year old male found at the bottom of a pool in the apartment complex. Bystanders removed the man from the pool, called 911 and began CPR. On arrival, firefighters quickly provided advanced life support measures and the patient was transported to a local hospital in extremely critical condition," Phoenix Fire Capt. Joe Huggins said on June 18.

- Alma School and Elliot, Mesa - Two people were hospitalized for smoke inhalation after an apartment fire.
June 17
- Hay fire in Chandler sends flames feet into the air
- University Drive and Dorsey Lane, Tempe - Two people were extricated from their cars after a crash in Tempe on June 17. Three people were taken to the hospital. One has life-threatening injuries, the other has serious injuries and the other is doing OK, Tempe Fire said.
- 7th Street and Broadway Road, Phoenix - Firefighters responded to reports of a duplex fire. Once they got there, residents were already out of their homes and safe. The fire had spread to the attic, displacing several people.
- I-10 and Fairway Drive, Avondale - 3-car crash blocks lanes with an overturned car, but no one was hurt, DPS says.
- Man found shot to death inside car in Phoenix
- I-10 near Broadway Road, Tempe - A person was reportedly changing a tire on the freeway when they were hit by a car. They died from their injuries.
June 16
- Phoenix apartment shooting leaves man dead, woman hurt
- Tanker truck rollover on SR 51 leaves 1 dead
- West Phoenix recycling plant fire prompts HAZMAT response from fire crews
- Van destroyed in fire at Mesa gas station
- 81st Avenue and McDowell, Phoenix - A motorcyclist was killed in a crash just before 4 p.m. He was identified as 37-year-old Ricky Brown Ferguson. Speed is believed to be a factor in the incident.
- 16th Street and Roosevelt - A double house fire at around 6:17 p.m. left eight people displaced.
June 15
- Woman killed, man hurt in Tempe double shooting near I-10
- Truck crashes into Mesa business, 2 employees injured
- Man shot near downtown Phoenix
- Suspect sought in Phoenix shooting
June 14
- Phoenix 7-Eleven shooting leaves man seriously wounded
- Loop 202 and Higley Road, Gilbert - DPS officials say they are investigating a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian along Loop 202 that happened on May 14.
- 'Minor explosions' reported at Tempe apartment complex fire, FD says
- I-10 & I-17, Phoenix - Phoenix Police say on June 14, DPS troopers found a man walking by the freeway in the area. When officers arrived, they learned that the man stated he was stabbed by someone at a nearby hotel. He's expected to be OK.
- 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road, Peoria - Two people have been seriously hurt in a crash involving a motorcycle and a van. It's unknown if speed or impairment played a factor.
June 13
- Greenfield and University, Mesa - A victim died after being struck by two vehicles while crossing Greenfield outside of the marked crosswalk. Impairment is not being considered as a factor for either driver involved.

June 12
- Loop 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Scottsdale - The Scottsdale Police Department said 5 cars crashed on Loop 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard on June 12. The victims are going to be OK after receiving minor injuries.
- 98th and Peoria avenues, Peoria - A person was killed after being hit by a driver during the afternoon of June 12. Peoria Police say the driver stayed at the scene and it's not yet known if speed or impairment played a role in the crash. It's also not known where the person was crossing the street from.
- Police search for Minnesota fugitive following SWAT standoff in Arizona (Lindsay and Germann roads)
- Search continues for Phoenix gas station shooting suspect (Cave Creek and Beardsley roads)
- 64th Ave. and Missouri - "Officers responded to the area for a call of a person driving reckless in a park (doing donuts). The suspect left and crashed the car. The suspect fled and was not located. The vehicle ended up being a stolen car," stated Glendale PD's Randy Stewart.
