9-year-old boy fighting for his life after being pulled from Phoenix pool, FD says
PHOENIX - A 9-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being pulled from a pool in Phoenix Tuesday night, the fire department said on June 27.
Firefighters responded to reports of a drowning near 19th Avenue and Camelback Road. Once they got there, they began life-saving measures on the child and then he was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition.
The circumstances of what led up to the boy being pulled from the pool haven't been detailed.
