PHOENIX - Five people, including four children, have been hospitalized following a multi-car crash on Oct. 25 in Phoenix.
The crash happened at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
According to Phoenix Police, officers were called to the scene at around 1:20 p.m.
"One adult female passenger was transported in critical condition to a local hospital, a young child was transported with serious injuries. Three additional children were taken to a hospital for precautionary evaluations," read a portion of Phoenix Police's statement.
The intersection is shut down in all directions due to the crash.
