North Carolina man in Arizona legal battle to recover money taken via asset forfeiture

Jerry Johnson came to Arizona in 2020 with nearly $40,000 in cash, in hopes of buying a truck at an auction. The money, however, was seized by authorities via civil asset forfeiture. Johnson was never charged with a crime. Now, Johnson is fighting to get the money back. FOX 10's Matt Galka reports.
