Phoenix WWII veteran gets his bathroom remodeled, free of charge

Bob Coulson is a retired U.S. Navy veteran who served during the second half of World War II. He stumbled upon a newspaper article, highlighting the Veterans Administration HISA grant. The program allows money to be set aside, for disabled veterans, in order to remodel their showers.
