Amid officer shortage, Phoenix Police offering signing bonuses and recruiting out of state

Recruiters are heading to Ohio this weekend to find applicants and are offering a $7,500 signing bonus. But they are competing with other departments who are offering more money. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
