ADOT and developer sign deal to design, build and operate I-17 improvement project

The improvement project is something ADOT has had in the works for years. The project will widen the I-17 from Anthem to Black Canyon City and add flex lanes to help alleviate the heavy traffic typically seen on weekends and holidays. Laura Douglas from ADOT give us the details.
