Family looking for answers to who killed their 19-year-old son, brother, ASU student

A family is left heartbroken after 19-year-old Carlos Garcia Jr. was shot and killed at a store in Laveen on July 2nd. He was an ASU student with 2 years left, then wanted to join the Air Force.
