Gov. Ducey urges Arizonans to stay at home amid rising COVID-19 cases; expect hospital surge capacity

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey says the state is headed in the wrong direction as COVID-19 cases skyrocketed over the last 4 weeks. He says this is now Arizona's first wave and it's more important than ever to wear a mask and socially distance from others.
