Planning Commission meets over controversial hotel proposal in the Arcadia neighborhood

Phoenix's Planning Commission is meeting over a plan to build a hotel in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix that has caused some controversy amongst area residents. FOX 10's Bailey Miller reports.
