Phoenix police: 16-year-old shot, critically injured

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Police say a 16-year-old is in extremely critical condition after being shot on Tuesday night in Phoenix. According to Phoenix police, the teen and his 21-year-old friend were in their vehicle stopped at a red light near 59th Avenue and Indian School Road when the 21-year-old heard a "pop" and thought he had a problem with his tire.
