Border officer shoots driver; Arizona port of entry reopens

NOGALES, Ariz. (FOX 10/AP) - An Arizona port of entry on the U.S.-Mexico border has been reopened after a customs officer shot and killed a southbound driver who refused to stop.  Nogales Mayor Arturo Garino told FOX 10 sister station KOLD-TV that according to other Nogales city officials, a person was heading south into Mexico when the person apparently tried to hit and run over a CBP agent, and an agent shot the driver.
