State Senate committee looks at possibly repealing new car registration fee

It's a fee that has outraged Arizona drivers ever since it was introduced, but on Tuesday, a State Senate committee is considering a repeal of the newly implemented Vehicle Registration Fee. FOX 10's Matt Rodewald reports.
