Scottsdale PD: Tempe Fire Captain shot, killed near Old Town; suspect arrested

Scottsdale Police confirm that off-duty Tempe Fire Captain, 34-year-old Kyle Brayer, died after he was shot in the head in Scottsdale over the weekend. FOX 10's Steve Krafft reports.
