Shutdown agreement puts immigration, DACA deal front and center

A heated rally took place as dozens of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals supporters held a candlelight vigil. These supporters are upset the government was reopened without a permanent DACA deal in place. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
