Southern Ave. shut down for crash

A crash has shut down an interseciton in west Phoenix on Sunday afternoon, and fire crews are saying the collision was deadly. A Jeep and Buick sedan collided in the intersection of 31st Avenue and Southern after 12pm on Sunday, and at least one of the vehicles caught fire, according to Phoenix Fire Department. Fire crews say a man was driving the Jeep and was killed on the scene.
