Abandoned puppy found in dumpster is once again struggling to live

We have a follow-up to a story we brought to you a few weeks ago regarding a puppy that was found abandoned in a Phoenix dumpster. The young puppy was left to die but was thankfully rescued. Now, the woman who rescued the pup says she can no longer afford to take care of him because the puppy is sick.
