In this week's edition of Made In Arizona, we take a look at a Phoenix-based bakery that specializes in fresh breads and pastries for large-scale wholesale distribution. The bakery, called 'Strictly From Scratch,' is among one of the largest commercial bakeries in the country, and it's also one of the top bakeries to supply baked goods to the airline industry.
