Latest: Baltimore key bridge crash fallout continues

The owner of the ship that caused the key bridge collapse in Baltimore will pay more than $100 million for cleanup. It's part of a settlement with the DOJ. Investigators say electric systems on the ship were not properly maintained, causing it to lose power and hit the bridge. There are still several other lawsuits still pending.
