Ex-AZ Health Dept. worker indicted for Medicaid fraud

Eight people have been indicted for allegedly billing the state's Medicaid agency for phantom services. AHCCCS ultimately paid out nearly $55 million to some of the defendants including a former employee of Arizona's Department of Health.
