'Stop Poo-llution' campaign kicks off in Phoenix

When walking you're dog, it's important to clean up after them. We all know it, but not everyone does it, which is why the city of Phoenix Water Services Departments is kicking off its "Stop Poo-llution" campaign. FOX 10's Dominique Newland has the details.
