Plane evacuating Hurricane Milton crashes in Florida

Evacuations out of Florida are not going as planned for some. Several people and a dog had to be rescued from the water after their private plane crashed near the St. Petersburg Pier. Police say the plane crashed shortly after taking off from a nearby airport. Three of the passengers were taken to a hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
