Whitlow Fire: Evacuation orders downgraded

Residents in Queen Valley are now back on "ready" evacuation status as crews work to contain the Whitlow Fire burning west of Hewitt Station Road. Crews say the flames are burning 218 acres and the fire is 40% contained.
