AHS waives adoption fees, reopens one of its locations

The Arizona Humane Society is waving adoption fees for all pets this week, and is reopening one of its locations to help meet the demand as its shelters remain over capacity. It says its teams have responded to 250 calls a day, a 25% increase from last year.
