Flower Child opens at former Paradise Valley Mall

The first tenant at The PV, which sits on the site of the former Paradise Valley Mall, opened its doors on September 24. FOX 10's Anita Roman caught up with restaurant developer Sam Fox for a look at Flower Child's newest location.
