RFK Jr.: Feds investigating alleged whale incident

Federal officials are investigating RFK Jr. for allegedly decapitating a dead whale two decades ago. Kennedy says he received a letter from the National Marine Fisheries Service that claimed he was being investigated for "collecting a whale specimen 20 years ago." In a 2012 interview, his daughter said when she was a child, Kennedy cut the head off a whale that had washed up on the shore in Massachusetts, using a chainsaw to behead the mammal.
