Art, music therapy program to help Arizona inmates

As of January of this year, more than 34,000 people were incarcerated and statistics show nearly half will experience incarceration again. But what if there's a way to shift the scales? FOX 10's Anita Roman went inside Lewis Prison to show what might very well change perceptions and offer hope for rehabilitation.
