Some Arizona mayor races still being decided

During the primary election, Arizonans chose candidates to represent them state and nationwide, but voters also chose candidates who will be in charge of running their cities. A number of mayoral races are still happening across the Valley as they haven't been called. FOX 10's Ellen McNamara has the latest.
