PD: DUI driver barrels through Harbor Freight Tools

A Phoenix business is badly damaged after an early morning crash. It happened around 2 a.m. near 49th Avenue and Bell Road. A car slammed through the front of Harbor Freight Tools. Thirty-two-year-old Alexandria Montgomery is accused of DUI.
