Preston Lord murder suspect appears in court
One of the seven suspects charged in the death of East Valley teen Preston Lord appeared in court on Nov. 20. The lawyers argued the evidence presented to the grand jury was unfair and grouped all the suspects together. The attorneys claimed there were varying levels of participation between the suspects, and no eye witnesses reported seeing Hines hit Lord.
