FOX 10 Salutes: Mark Owens

FOX 10 salutes design manager Mark Owens. The Mesa native is serving alongside the U.S. Navy at Naval Base Guam as a member of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). He serves as a civilian mechanical engineer.
