Serrano's in Chandler closing after 44 years

The Mexican restaurant in downtown Chandler has been open for 44 years, but owners say they're seeing a decline in business and new restaurants opening nearby. Three other Serrano's restaurants, one in Queen Creek and two in Mesa, will remain open.
