DPS pulls over semi-truck in Phoenix

The Arizona Department of Public Safety says troopers pulled over a semi-truck on Jan. 24 near Loop 202 and 40th Street. DPS says the drivers were detained. It turns out, the truck was initially thought to be stolen, but wasn't after all.
