New Year's Resolutions: AZ city ranks near top

By now, people probably have decided on their New Year's Resolution for 2024, but making them stick is a different story altogether. However, a recent report from WalletHub shows people in one Phoenix area city are pretty good at upholding them. FOX 10's Dominique Newland reports.
