Woman says Southwest Airlines never rectified her missed flight

In December of last year, Irma Deavila and her husband planned to fly to Sky Harbor Airport and head north for a Christmas vacation. The trip never happened, she says, after booking the flight with Southwest Airlines. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak has the update.
