Woman in animal abuse case wants 47 dogs back

A court hearing is set to begin Wednesday afternoon for a woman at the center of a Chandler animal abuse case. She's requesting that she regains custody of 47 dogs. FOX 10's Justin Lum goes to Chandler Municipal Court for the latest developments.
