Biden addresses Arizona, pays tribute to John McCain

President Biden was in Tempe on Sept. 28 where he delivered a democracy-focused address and also paid tribute to the late John McCain, the 2008 Republican presidential candidate who represented the state in the U.S. Senate for more than three decades. During his speech, Biden formally announced the creation of the John S. McCain III National Library on the Tempe campus of Arizona State University.
