Pima County Sheriff under investigation

The Pima County Board of Supervisors voted to investigate Sheriff Chris Nanos in connection to a sexual assault case involving one of his deputies. A female deputy accused her superior officer of sexual assault during a Christmas party last year. The accused deputy was fired. Nanos is accused of delaying an internal investigation into the incident, saying he should wait until the criminal trial ends.
