'The Zone': Cleanup continues at homeless encampment

Crews are continuing to clean up a homeless encampment in downtown Phoenix known as "The Zone." The clean up comes after a judge ordered the city to remove tents and other materials from the area of 9th Avenue between Jefferson and Washington Streets.
