Tropical Storm Hilary: More flight delays, cancelations in Phoenix

More flight delays and cancellations are rolling in across the country and at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix because of Tropical Storm Hilary. This is happening even though Phoenix is not in the storm's path. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak has more.
